then £25 per hour

Priority call out - £85 (asap - within 24hrs)

3 day call out - £45

 

On site Advice and consultancy - £25/hr (minimum 2hrs) plus travel @ 50p per mile

Telephone Advice and Consultancy - £10/15mins

 

Technical Help Access - Level 1 - £60

12 months telephone support plus 2 remote access sessions p.a.
