This web site is designed to give you the knowledge to sort out your own computer problems.  Sometimes you can't, or you don't have the time or resources.  The Virtual Riders network can help, either directly or by signposting you to one of our specialists.  We will always offer help for free, but if you want us to do something specifically there may be a charge. 

Due to the recent success in obtaining funding from the BIg Lottery Fund under their BASIS programmme we are pleased to announce that membership of Virtual Riders will be FREE unitl further notice and will not expire!

Our policy is not to charge if possible.  We do not charge for help, information and advice.  In order to provide support for as many organisations as possible we only do limited specific jobs.  This means that we will signpost you to someone else to do those jobs (such as installing a new computer).  Where this isn't possible (or practical) we will do the job on a sliding scale of charges according to the size of the organisation.

The web can be used to raise money for your organisation.  This can be in the form of donations, competitions or purchases.  There are even opportunities to benefit from web donations with sites like eBay.  You can receive money through mobile phone payments, PayPal or credit cards.  Contact us for more information.
